My summer sabbatical is over and The Grape’s back with an all new design, layout, and, of course, content.
This year Oreo celebrates 100 years of cookie goodness (at least that’s what it says on their special edition packaging). This year actor Guy Williams (who famously played Zorro in the 1957 – 1961 TV series Zorro) turns 88. When you adjust for inflation, he’s also 100. Coincidence? Of course not. This made me think of some interesting cross marketing opportunities. Like Zorreo’s:
Some slight alterations to his hat (see above picture) and viola! Zorreo!
I thought about doing a cookie about Madonna (who when you multiply her actual age by the age she acts is also 100), but I didn’t even want to think about Whoreo imagery.
