Eliseo is likely masterminding some fiendish plot to seize control of 38% of planned waste water treatment plants in Ecuador (if they&#8217;ve got the political muscle to get them built). aPlateOfGrapes.com&#8217;s cryptologists have been working on this for two weeks, but we&#8217;re still not sure what it means. We&#8217;ve eliminated Navajo and Choctaw&#8230; we even &#8220;borrowed&#8221; an Enigma machine and ran it through that.<\/p>\n<p>Now, esteemed symbologist Robert Langdon is on the case.
