Pros:
Fun to say
Endless amounts of entertainment at your BBQs… but not the kind your friends would be expecting.
Cons:
Your friends will feel duped… and then shame… and then anger at your charred food (see next point).
The actual product. I’ve never used this thing, but you should never pierce sausages, steak, etc… because it lets the delicious juices escape (and can cause flareups, thus charring). Use a thermometer.
There is a tool that can do all this… they’re called tongs.
